Your Travel Designer will take the time to understand your preferences, interests, and dreams, allowing them to design a tailor-made itinerary that speaks to your heart. They will suggest exclusive and breathtaking destinations, handpick the most luxurious accommodations, and take care of all logistical arrangements, so you can simply relax and savor each moment.

One of our team will be in touch to introduce themselves and finalise the details of your trip
We’ll get to work on creating your first itinerary draft
We work with you to fine-tune the itinerary, swapping out accommodation, flight options, and activities until it’s perfect.
Once the core components are booked, we get to work on your concierge servies, making reservations on your behalf and updating your Itinerary App as we go.
In the lead up to the trip, we’ll be working behind the scenes to ensure everything is ready for your stay, and will update your itinerary with any additional notes to help you prepare . Your Travel Designer will be on hand to help answer any questions you have.
24 hours before departure, we’ll check you in for your flight and add your boarding passes to your Itinerary App.
You’ll be given a list of emergency contacts to help you if anything should go wrong while you’re away, so you’re taken care of from start to finish.

Not to worry, we can help suggest destinations based on what kind of experience you most want to have. We’ll ask the right questions during our initial discovery call to help us understand what perfect means to you, and will make suggestions so that once our call is over, you’re buzzing with excitement about your chosen honeymoon location.

As well as your dedicated Travel Designer, we’ll provide you with all emergency contacts who can help you when you’re in-destination. We have a strong extended network who can offer a helping hand if anything should go wrong, so you’re never on your own.

We work with you at the beginning of the planning process to make sure the destination we’re focusing on ticks all of your boxes, however, we do understand that sometimes a change of mind can strike. Depending on how far along in the planning process we are, a change fee may apply if changing destinations completely, however we’re happy to work with you to make as many edits as needed if t e destination is staying the same.

Our planning fee for your honeymoon depends on the length and complexity of your trip and the level of support you require. Once we’ve taken a full brief we’ll provide a quote tailored to you.

We are a boutique planning agency and plan every single strip individually, which can take hundreds of hours work. We charge a fee for our time to make sure we can provide this exceptionally high level of service, so we will always be more expensive if you compare this to booking yourself. Having said that, we do have exclusive contracts with properties around the world which can save you money on individual trip items, as well as all the value adds we can provide along the way. The best question we’d like our clients to consider before starting to work with us, is do you want the cheapest, or do you want the best?
